Laser ablation is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized (up to 2 cm) lesions, but on stage principle can be treated even more extensive formations. My experience for more than two decades of clinical use of lasers in treatment of many dermatoses with pigmentary, vascular, and neoplastic proliferative nature proves that this method should be more widely applied as an alternative and complement of surgical approaches, especially when it comes to facial localization risk of nasty scarring or multiple lesions.

Layer laser ablation is suitable for treatment of pigmented nevus, lentigo, xanthelasma, plantar keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, seborrheic keratosis and others.
